This Content License explains the rights in the inputs you provide and the outputs Rivet generates for you.
1. Your inputs
You keep ownership of everything you provide — project descriptions, dimensions, and any photos or sketches you upload. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
2. Licence you grant us
You grant NORTH EAST OFFSHORE SERVICES LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your inputs solely to operate the service and generate your results. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations. Uploaded files are cached for up to 30 days unless saved to a project.
We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated results to train AI models.
3. Your outputs
Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the plans, cut lists, drawings and walkthroughs Rivetgenerates for you for your own personal and commercial builds. You may not present them as certified engineering, structural or building-control approvals, and you may not resell the Rivet service itself.
4. Our platform
The Rivet software, brand, templates and underlying models remain the property of NORTH EAST OFFSHORE SERVICES LTD or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
5. Third-party rights
Do not upload or request outputs that reproduce third-party brands, logos, protected designs or other intellectual property you do not own. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
