Rivet is a pure digital subscription billed in USD. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and refunds.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@noreasoffser.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then does not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
2. Renewals
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Your monthly project allowance resets each cycle and does not roll over. We show the renewal price before each renewal where required.
3. Refunds
- Because access is granted immediately and the allowance is consumable, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started and the service has been used.
- If you were charged in error, charged after a valid cancellation, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
- Where you have a statutory right to cancel or a refund under the consumer law of your country of residence, that right is unaffected by this policy.
4. If a generation does not meet expectations
If a plan, drawing or walkthrough does not meet your expectations, regenerate it or adjust your brief — regeneration is included in your plan. If you still need help, contact support and we will work with you.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
